Is there an Antigua immigration form?

Travelers often search for an Antigua immigration form or customs form. Antigua and Barbuda does not currently present a single branded digital arrival card that every visitor completes in the same way as, for example, a Jamaica C5.

What visitors do need is current Immigration Department information: travel documents, visa status where it applies, and arrival inspection.

Passport requirements

Antigua and Barbuda Immigration currently says every person arriving must produce a passport or other valid document establishing identity and nationality or place of permanent residence, valid beyond the date of the return ticket.

OECS citizens may be able to use other photo identification that shows nationality or citizenship, together with a birth certificate. Follow the live official list for your documents.

Visa considerations

Visa-free entry, visa on arrival and eVisa depend on nationality. The Department of Immigration operates an official eVisa portal for travelers who need that path.

Do not assume that a US, UK, Canadian or Schengen visa in your passport automatically replaces Antigua's own rules. Check the official visa tools before travel.

Arrival documentation

A visitor must have a paid return ticket or a ticket to the next destination outside Antigua and Barbuda. An immigration officer may also ask for sufficient funds for the stay.

Length of stay

Current Immigration information says visitors may be granted permission to land for a period of up to six months, with possible further extensions on application to the Chief Immigration Officer. That is permission granted at the border — not a guarantee.

Cruise and other arrivals

Air and maritime processes can differ. Carriers have their own advance passenger requirements. Cruise passengers should not assume an air-arrival article covers their port call.

Customs

Customs declarations and duty-free allowances are separate from immigration permission. Follow official Customs guidance for goods you are bringing.
